The Methodology part introduces the questionnaire and outlines the report's objectives. The Summary of Responses synthesizes the key issues, evidence, and challenges identified in the responses, highlighting the main findings for each question. The Priority Activities and The Way Forward parts set out conclusions and identifies the priority actions to address capacity gaps that currently limit effective implementation of the MOU at the national level.
