2015/004: New Signatory to the UNEP/CMS Raptors MOU

The Secretariat of the Convention on the Conservation of Migratory Species of Wild Animals (CMS) in its capacity as Depositary of the Memorandum of Understanding on the Conservation of Migratory Birds of Prey in Africa and Eurasia (Raptors MOU) is pleased to announce that:

Lebanon signed the CMS Raptors MOU on 28 December 2014 in Beirut.

This brings the total number of Signatories to 50.  The Raptors MOU has been in effect since 1 November 2008.
