Assessing Capacity-Building Needs for Raptor Conservation in Africa and Eurasia
This report presents a summary and analysis of the information collected through a questionnaire circulated by the Coordinating Unit of the Raptors MOU to Signatories to identify priority capacity-building needs and propose a way forward. It is structured in three main parts. The first part introduces the questionnaire and outlines the report's objectives. The second synthesizes the key issues, evidence, and challenges identified in the responses, highlighting the main findings for each question. The third part sets out conclusions and identifies the priority actions to address capacity gaps that currently limit effective implementation of the MOU at national level.
