Pursuant to paragraph 15 of the Memorandum of Understanding and paragraph 7 of its Annex 3 (Action Plan), and in accordance with mandates provided by the second and subsequent sessions of the Meeting of Signatories, this document presents an overview of progress made in the implementation of the activities contained in Table 2 of the Action Plan since the Third Meeting of Signatories (MOS3, Dubai, 3–6 July 2023). The overview is structured in accordance with the sequence of activities set out in Table 2 of the Action Plan and highlights key achievements, ongoing activities and areas requiring further attention by Signatories and cooperating partners.
