CMS Resolution 15.10 establishes Internationally Important Raptor Areas (IIRAs), requests Parties and invites Range States, intergovernmental organizations and partners to support the identification and delineation of IIRAs, as well as encourages their use in protected areas, other effective area-based conservation/restoration measures and spatial planning processes.
